The following types of Bodywork/Massage may be utilized as a single session or incorporated into a mixed session as needed or requested.

Please refer to my ” How I Work Page” for further reference.

Emotional Freedom Technique is a form of emotional acupressure that can quickly, gently, and easily remove and reduce phobias, fears, addictions, emotional traumas, and physical pain.

Sensory RePatterning uses light rocking, rhythmic movements, and gentle stretching to release deeply held mental and physical patterns. No oils or lotions are used, and clients can be fully clothed. It is deeply relaxing and  extremely therapeutic.

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle method of assessing and correcting imbalances in the normal function of the craniosacral system. Restrictions can cause sensory, motor, or neurological dysfunctions. With a  light touch attuned to the cerebral spinal rhythm, the system is assisted in removing  restrictions and strengthening the body’s ability to heal and balance itself.

Swedish or Circulatory Massage uses a variety of flowing strokes to gently work the muscles and connective tissues of the body, while enhancing blood & lymph flow. This results in reduced stress, lessening of pain sensations, and quicker recovery in the case of injury or surgery.

Soft Tissue Release combines specific compression with active or passive stretching to eliminate scar tissue and tension, increase flexibility, and restore original muscle memory.

Cupping/Gua Sha from Asia, these therapies  reach deep into the body to release “Sha” or stagnate Energy, as referred to in Traditional Chinese Medicine. By placing glass balls/cups on the body with vacuum pressure or scrapping the body with a smooth instrument , a release is initiated both physically and energetically, resulting in pain reduction, greater flexibility, reduced immflamation, and improved overall health.
